Medication Management
We can administer medications as prescibed by healthcare professionals, to ensure that clients keep to their medication schedules.
It is also important to monitor the effects of any medications, and we do that. Any changes will be reported to family members or the clients primary care provider (doctor or nurse practitioner).
We can also assist with ordering prescription refills when needed.
We are excited about our work and how it positively impacts clients.
